We aim to create a purposeful, energised and effective work culture where managers and employees alike look forward to coming to work every morning.
What we believe
We believe strongly in working at various levels of the organisation.
We work one-on-one with the founders and their leadership teams.
We also work with the employees using an action-based learning approach, whereby employees learn new skills while implementing the company strategy.

Our Process

Discovery Meeting

The starting point is always a conversation. We meet with you, face-to-face, for around 90 minutes and try to understand your situation and if Agility3 is a good fit.
We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, what has already been tried, and what motivates you to explore working with a coach or sparring partner.
We don’t present any slides - this is not death by PowerPoint - and we won’t try to fit you into a fixed way of working. Instead, we approach this in a spirit of mutual discovery. Our focus is on listening to your concerns, challenges and needs.
At the end of the meeting you can expect a high-level roadmap with specific next steps to move you closer to your goals.

Explore and Focus
If we agree there’s potential to work together, the next phase is what we call “Explore and Focus”.
We hold two to three workshops and interview a selection of employees, with the aim of getting to what we call "the sharp end of strategy"
We want to explore the potential journey you must take to achieve your objectives (short, mid, and long-term) and overcome your main obstacles, and then identify the areas of focus for the next 90 to 120 days.
The outcomes of these sessions are a “strategy on a page” and a 90-day implementation roadmap. You can then decide to implement this on your own, or with our help.
The Transformation
We aim to leave you with the tools to build and grow your business in a more agile and healthy way. At the end of the Explore and Focus process, you can expect the following results

Your senior leadership team is aligned around a clearly articulated and can be summarised on a single page

Your main strategic and operational challenges are identified, and clear strategies on how to overcome them are agreed and communicated

Your goals for the next 90 days are clearly defined and accountabilities allocated
