Good leaders need to understand how to minimise the impact of setbacks, to be aware of common management pitfalls and be able to navigate around them. One poor leadership act or decision can irrevocably undermine team performance so damaging the wider organisation. This practical workshop looks at two particularly common management pitfalls, their potential consequences, and the best ways to deal with them.
Jeremy McTeague will be leading the session which he has developed based on past experiences.
The Breakfast takes place on Friday, 6 September between 8:00-9:30 at Espace Dickens, Avenue Charles-Dickens 4, 1006 Lausanne.
The number of seats is limited to 15 people.
