Our Process
Discovery Meeting
The starting point is always a conversation. We meet with you, face-to-face, for around 90 minutes and try to understand your situation and if Agility3 is a good fit.
We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, what has already been tried, and what motivates you to explore working with a coach or sparring partner.
We don’t present any slides - this is not death by PowerPoint - and we won’t try to fit you into a fixed way of working. Instead, we approach this in a spirit of mutual discovery. Our focus is on listening to your concerns, challenges and needs.
At the end of the meeting you can expect a high-level roadmap with specific next steps to move you closer to your goals.
