Discovery meeting

The starting point is always a conversation. We meet with you, face-to-face, for around 90 minutes and try to understand your situation and if Agility3 is a good fit. We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, what has already been tried, and what motivates you to explore working with a coach or sparring partner. 

We don’t present any slides – this is not death by PowerPoint – and we won’t try to fit you into a fixed way of working. Instead, we approach this in a spirit of mutual discovery. Our focus is on listening to your concerns, challenges and needs. 

This meeting is always free, and we work to a strict rule: we won’t submit proposals to anyone we haven’t had a discovery session with. 

Explore and focus workshops

If we believe there’s potential to work together, the next phase what we call “Explore and Focus”. 

We hold two to three workshops and interview a selection of employees, with the aim of getting clarity on the organisation’s strategy. We want to explore the potential journey you must take to achieve your objectives (short, mid, and long-term), and then identify the areas of focus for the next 90 to 120 days. 

The outcomes of these sessions are a “strategy on a page” and a 90-day roadmap. You can then decide to implement this on your own, or with our help.

The transformation

We aim to leave you with the tools to build and grow your business in a more agile and healthy way. Here we act as coaches, trainers or project managers to help you make any necessary changes.

1. Your growth strategy is up to date, clearly articulated and can be summarised on a single page

2. Your three main strategic and operational objectives are agreed, communicated and understood at all levels of the organisation

3. Your goals for the next 90 days are clearly defined and accountabilities allocated

4. Your three key strategic projects are agreed, and have the resources and focus they need for success

5. Your available funds, resources and people are optimally allocated to support your growth strategy
